Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before submitting your reservation request

To make a reservation you will need to completely fill out the Reservation Form.

Please be accurate regarding arrival and departure information in and out of San Jose so that we can coordinate your airport pick-up (included in your rate). If you do not know this information at the time of reservation you can submit it at a later time. Please note, however, that in order to take advantage of the airport transfer service provided by Casa Bella Rita, we will need the flight number, airline, and exact scheduled arrival time at the time of your second confirmation.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and Cash (Costa Rican colones, -or- US dollars only). We do not accept traveler's checks. Cash payments receive a 10% discount on room rental charges only if no other specials are used. If you do not like to travel with cash, payments may be made in advance with a check to our account in USA or via Paypal. Please contact us for the address in the USA. We will send a confirmation of your payment after we receive it for your records.

We are a small inn and cancellations affect us greatly. Should your plans change, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible. If you are arriving on your first night in Costa Rica and your flight is canceled or you miss your connection that is beyond your control, you will not be charged for the first room night. Please call us right away so we might be able to book the room.

We do not pre-charge ANYTHING on a credit card. Your confirmation is an e-mail from us and you will receive a second confirmation the month before your arrival with airport pick-up instructions or directions to us.

There will be no refund for no-shows.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or compensations for early departures.

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation and refund the deposit and/or room rate paid at any time.
